All orders ship from Australia within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Shipping Method
We ship via Australia Post letter mail. Your order is sent as a regular envelope, compact, secure, and delivered straight to your letterbox. Letter mail does not include tracking, so you will not receive a tracking number. If you install the Shop app, it may show "waiting for details" - this is normal and just means there is no tracking on your order.

- Orders under $20 USD: $0.99 flat rate worldwide

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the timeframes above, contact us with your order number. Domestic AU orders are considered lost after 3 weeks from dispatch; international orders after 6 weeks. We will reship at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, contact us and we will make it right.
